How to Transport and Install Bolted Cement Silo

For bolted cement silo with storage capacity above 300 ton, the silo diameter and height is longer, common truck, container and frame can not meet the transportation requirement, so we choose transport this cement tank by bulk parts and install the cement silo tank.

1. We have professional technician to disassemble the bolted cement silo to ensure no any damage to the cement silo body and parts.
2. To ensure the bolted cement silo quality during transportation, we adopts double package for the key parts of silo. The bolted cement tank installation is based on the order from down to up, for example: support legs-ring beam installation-hopper installation-silo body installation-feeding system installation, the detailed introduction as following:
(1). Support legs installationBolted cement silo is composed of support legs, cross member, inclined strut, when installation, the supports legs are divided into four handles and the handles will be installed one by one.
(2). When installing the ring beam, four shackles will be welded in the proper place inside four connection parts, and then the shackles will be rise up by four wire-rope to the proper place, then the ring beam installation is finished.
(3). The hopper is assembled on the smooth ground, and to keep the hopper from introversion, the middle layer connection is assistant by sleeper supporting the inside.
(4). Bolted cement tank body installation
A. Connecting the first and second section of bolted cement tank, then hanging the lifting lugs of upper section and tightening the wire rope, when holes of silo body and hopper is matched, tightening the bolts on the operating platform under ring beam.
B. Middle section of cement tank is similar with above.
C. Connecting the dust collector on the bolted cement silo roof, then installing the safety fence. During this steps, notice that the vertical reinforcement distance is below 1.2m, and the welding thickness is above 6mm with continuous and uniform state.
(5). Feeding system installationTying the feeding pipe with steel wire rope and tightening the wire rope, then the feeding pipe will be fixed on proper place and be welded together with the support frame, and then the upper pipe head and feed pipe be welded and sealed.
